Chinese Spicy Pepper Steak Recipe Video
If you don't want to go out for chinese pepper steak, you can make your own!
Ingredients
beef cut
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce
olive oil
black pepper
rosemary
basil
chopped onion
chopped celery
shredded carrot
chopped red/green peppers
mince garlic
sliced potatoes
1 cup water/ dry red wine
sauce thickener
Directions
Medium heat the pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add beef cut, squirt of soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle with black pepper, rosemary, and basil.
Add onion, celery, and garlic.
Stir the ingredients.
Add sliced potatoes, stir.
Add a cup of water/dry red wine, stir.
Add sauce thickener.
Stir, cover the pan.
Lower the heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
Add carrot, and red/green peppers.
High the heat, cook for 5 minutes.
Set the pan aside.
