Pepper Relish Recipe
Ingredients
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 onions, peeled
2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons salt
Directions
Split the peppers and remove the seeds.
Chop peppers and onions coarsely, cover them with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain.
Cover again with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes, add vegetables and boil together 10 minutes.
Pack in hot sterilized jars; seal
