Pepper Onion Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Green pepper | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 1/3 cup reduced-calorie catsup | ||
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Add green pepper and onion, and saute 3 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm or chilled.
