Pepper Capsicum dry curry Recipe
This curry can be had as a side dish for plain rice.

Ingredients
2 green capsicum
3/4 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
3 count garlic peeled and mashed
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
To Season:
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard and urud dal
1/2 tsp jeera
4 count curry leaves
Directions
* Heat a pan, pour oil add mustard seeds when it splutters add urud dal, jeera and curry leaves.
* Add chopped onion and mashed garlic and fry till golden brown.
* Add chopped tomato and fry for 2 mins and add chopped capsicum.
* Put salt and fry till it is soft, if needed add very little water (mostly water is not needed) and then add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry for 4 mins. or until cooked.
* when removing from the stove put the pepper powder and remove.
* Pepper capsicum curry is ready.
