Pepper Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash ginger | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Green peppers | 2 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oil in 12x8-inch dish at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 minutes.
Add steak, soy sauce and ginger.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap, at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Blend cornstarch with broth until smooth.
Stir into dish.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 to 31/2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
