 Salad oil1 Tablespoon
 1 to 1 1/2 pounds beef top round steak sliced and cut into strips 1/2-inch wide by
 1 1/2-inches long
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 1/2 teaspoon sliced candied ginger, or 1/4 teaspoon ginger
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
 2 cups 1 -inch chunks green pepper
 Onion1 Medium, thinly sliced
 2 large stems celery, sliced diagonally
 1 jar (2-ounces) choppedpimiento
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Place browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and beef strips.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is brown, stirring after 1 minute.
Add garlic and ginger.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 7 MINUTES on'6".
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 7 to 10 MINUTES on '6', or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
