Pepper Steak In Microwave Recipe
Ingredients

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon sliced candied ginger, or 1/4 teaspoon ginger | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon | ||
| 2 cups 1 -inch chunks green pepper | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 2 large stems celery, sliced diagonally | ||
| 1 jar (2-ounces) choppedpimiento | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons soy sauce | ||
Directions
Place browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and beef strips.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is brown, stirring after 1 minute.
Add garlic and ginger.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 7 MINUTES on'6".
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 7 to 10 MINUTES on '6', or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and beef strips.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is brown, stirring after 1 minute.
Add garlic and ginger.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 7 MINUTES on'6".
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
