Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Mustard seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Cabbage | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Green peppers | 4 To taste (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Onions | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) |
Directions
MAKING
1.Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard seeds, celery seeds and brown sugar.
2.Mix cabbage, peppers and onions well.
3.Pour the vinegar dressing and mix.
4.Refrigerate for 3 hours.
SERVING
5.Serve cold.
