Pepper Relish Recipe
Pepper Relish is an easy to prepare side dish recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
6 green bell peppers
6 red bell peppers
6 large onions, peeled
Boiling water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
Directions
Remove seeds, white pith, and stems from peppers.
Put peppers and onions through the food chopper with a medium blade.
Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes; drain well.
Add the sugar, salt, celery seed, and vinegar.
Bring to the boiling point, and let boil 20 minutes.
Pour hot into hot, sterilized jars and seal according to manufacturer's instructions.
