Pepper Pot Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean pork | 2 Ounce, cut into cubes | |
| Beef | 1 Ounce, cut into cubes | |
| Chicken | 1 Ounce, cut into cubes | |
| 1/4 cup carrot pieces | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup celery pieces | ||
| Potatoes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash curry powder, garlic | ||
| Powder, salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Brown pork and beef cubes slowly in frying pan.
Add chicken cubes for last few minutes; drain.
Place meat, carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in individual baking dish.
Combine water, flour, and seasonings in screwtop jar; shake to blend well.
Pour over meat mixture.
Cover tightly and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until meat is tender and gravy has thickened.
Add chicken cubes for last few minutes; drain.
