Pepper Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Large mushrooms - 4 | ||
| Olive or salad oil - 1/4 cup | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Clean and slice peppers and mushrooms into paper-thin pieces.
MAKING
2) Stir peppers and mushrooms with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper.
3) Keep in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow chilling.
SERVING
4) Serve cold.
