Pepper Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
3 green peppers
6 eggs
6 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Dash cumin
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Wash and remove seeds from pepper.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Lightly beat eggs with water and seasonings.
Fold in cheese.
