 Fettucini package1 , uncooked
 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
 3 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
 Red bell peppers2 Large, cut into strips
 Yellow bell peppers2 Large, cut into strips
 Green bell pepper1 Medium, cut into strips
 Onion1 Medium, cut in to chunks
 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 teaspoon salt free herb seasoning
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Prepare Creamette® Fettucini according to package directions; drain.
In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning.
Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add hot cooked fettucini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
