Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted
 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce
 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper or 2 teaspoons seasoned pepper
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Fryer chicken3 Pound

Directions

Combine melted butter, steak sauce, pepper, and salt.
Brush chicken pieces with butter mixture.
Place, skin side up, in ungreased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
Do not turn.
