Pepper Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 750 gm chicken, thighs or drumsticks | ||
| 1 1/2 tsp black pepper corns coarsely crushed | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salted butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Heat a non stick pan.
Add butter.
Let it melt.
Add chicken.
Stir fry for 4-5 minutes or till it changes colour and turns whitish.
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp freshly crushed pepper.
Mix.
Cover.
Lower heat and cook till chicken is tender, for about 10-15 minutes.
Increase heat.
Add lemon juice.
Stir for a minute.
Add butter.
Let it melt.
