Hi guys...I'm back with a simple and delicious Penne pasta. This is a very easy dish to pull together and the best part is you probably already have most of the ingredients hanging out in your pantry!

Ingredients

 Penne pasta1 Pound
 Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic cloves8 , chopped
 Cherry tomatoes1 Pint, halved
 Cannellini beans1 Can (10 oz), rinsed and drained
 Baby spinach6 Ounce
 Basil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon
 Red pepper flakes1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1) Cook pasta according to package.
2) Heat olive oil in a large saute pan before adding
garlic. Once garlic is tender add tomatoes and
turn heat down to med low and let simmer.
3) Once tomatoes start to break down (about 5-7
minutes) add beans and spinach and cover until the
spinach begins to wilt down.
4) Toss in cooked pasta. Add basil, red pepper and
season with salt and pepper to taste.
5) Top with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
