Ingredients

 Penne pasta3/4 Pound
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Tomatoes16 Ounce
 Goat cheese3 Ounce, cut into pieces
 Pitted black olives2 Ounce, sliced
 Chili pepper1 To taste
 Parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Add and saute until onions are soft.
Add and cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and thick, approx 10 minutes.
Add to sauce, mix just until cheese has melted.
Add pasta and toss.
Sprinkle over top
