Penne With Tomatoes Black Olives And Goat Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Penne pasta | 3/4 Pound | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 16 Ounce | |
| Goat cheese | 3 Ounce, cut into pieces | |
| Pitted black olives | 2 Ounce, sliced | |
| Chili pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Add and saute until onions are soft.
Add and cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and thick, approx 10 minutes.
Add to sauce, mix just until cheese has melted.
Add pasta and toss.
Sprinkle over top
