Ingredients

 Whole wheat penne pasta2 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Cherry or grape tomatoes1 1 /2 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Cooked ham2/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 White wine or water1 /2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spinach leaves4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, finely shredded

Directions

MAKING
1 Cook and drain the pasta as per the directions given on the package excluding salt.
2 In a 10-inch nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat.Cook onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally unil onion is tender.
3 Stir in tomatoes,ham and wine.Cook and stir until some of the wine has evaporated.
4 Add the spinach and pasta.Toss gently.

SERVING
5 Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
