Directions
2. Add water to the pan.
3. Add penne pasta noodles.
4. Bring to boil until soft (do not over-cook).
5. Drain pasta.
6. In a medium bowl, add pasta noodles, olive oil, and lemon juice.
7. Stir them well.
8. Add mayonnaise, bell peppers, celery, and red onion.
9. Add paprika, garlic, pepper, coriander, and tarragon.
10. Stir the ingredients well
11. Add cherries, tomatoes and carrot to the bowl.
12. Stir.
13. Top with cilantro.
14. Serve.
