Penne Boscaiola Recipe
Ingredients
| Penne | 375 Gram | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Bacon rashers | 4 , finely chopped | |
| Button mushrooms | 150 Gram, chopped | |
| Cream | 300 Milliliter | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated |
Directions
Cook pasta in large pan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large pan; add onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms; cook, stirring, until onion is soft and browned lightly.
Add cream to pan; stir until combined.
Gently toss pasta and cheese in pan with mushroom cream sauce until heated through.
