Peking Hamburgers Recipe
Peking hamburgers are americanised beef hamburgers served with pineapple and worcestershire sauce mix. The beef is broiled and served between the hamburgers buns. Served with the cooked sauce spooned over it, the peking haburgers can also be trimmed with remaining pineapple slices.

Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Can | 1 8 1/2 Ounce | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 To taste | |
| 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Shape ground beef into 2 patties; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan; blend in pine apple syrup, wine vinegar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir till mixture comes to boiling.
Add 2 pineapple slices; top each with green pepper ring.
Cover and heat through.
Place broiled beef patties on buns; top with pineapple and green pepper.
Spoon a little sauce over.
Trim plate with re-maining pineapple slices.
