Peking Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Lard or Oil- 3 tablespoons | ||
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger root | 2 Teaspoon, sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 1 , sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat the lard or oil, sauté the sprouts for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2) Add the ginger and salt, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
3) Stir in the scallions and soy sauce.
4) Cook the beans for 2 minutes more.
SERVING
5) Serve as an accompaniment in a medium ear dish.
