Peethi Paratha Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground urad dal without husk - 200 gms | ||
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| Spices | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ghee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp, coarsely powdered | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients together.
2 In a pan, heat the ghee.
3 Add in the prepared mixture and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
4 Allow to cool.
SERVING
5 Use the prepared mixture to fill the parathas
