Ingredients

 Ground urad dal without husk - 200 gms
 Green chillies2
 Spices2 Teaspoon
 Ghee1 Tablespoon
 Coriander leaves2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp, coarsely powdered
 Salt1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients together.
2 In a pan, heat the ghee.
3 Add in the prepared mixture and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
4 Allow to cool.

SERVING
5 Use the prepared mixture to fill the parathas
