Pecan Waffles Recipe
Try this delicious version of Pecan Waffles recipe. I am sure, once you taste this Pecan Waffles, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk 375 mL
1/4 cup vegetable oil 50 mL
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour 375 mL
2 tsp baking powder 10 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/2 cup chopped pecans 125 mL
Maple syrup
Directions
In blender, combine eggs, milk and oil; process until blended.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix just until blended, scraping sides of blender, if necessary.
Add pecans and process in three 1 second on/off motions.
Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron in batches, using just enough batter to cover bottom grid; close iron and do not open until waffles finish steaming, at least 3 minutes. (If waffle sticks to top grid, close iron and cook for a few moments longer.)
Serve with maple syrup.
