Pecan-Rum Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 c. crushed vanilla wafer crumbs | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Confectioners' sugar | ||
| Cocoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Rum | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine crumbs, pecans, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and cocoa; blend in syrup and rum.
Shape into small balls; roll in sugar.
