2 cups sugar (powdered)
2 cups of corn syrup
Eggs -5
Vanilla extract – 1tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup

Directions
Take a bowl and add 2 the sugar, corn starch, eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well. Keep aside.
Take a saucepan and add butter. When the butter has melted add a cup of milk. Boil. Add some candy caramel pieces in it and let it melt. Keep stirring till all the pieces melt and the mixture is thick and smooth. Add it to the sugar and egg mixture prepared earlier. Mix well. Add in a big bowl of pecan and mix.
Pour in the mixture on a readymade pie crust and bake (do not over fill the mixture). Place a layer of pecan nuts as a top layer of the pie. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 3-4 hours. Cut and enjoy!!
