Regular Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pastry for 9-inch One-crust Pie | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 1 cup dark or light corn syrup | ||
| 1 cup pecan halves or broken pecans | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 375°.
Prepare pastry.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
