Pecan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1 (2 1/2 to 3-pound) chicken, cut up
1 cup baking mix
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Combine the baking mix, pecans, poultry seasoning, paprika and salt in a small bowl and mix well; place on a flat plate.
Spread sour cream over each chicken piece and roll in the pecan mixture.
Arrange the coated chicken pieces skin side up, not touching, in a buttered 8xl3 baking dish.
Sprinkle with any remaining pecan mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
Do not turn.
