Pecan-Butter Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted | |
| Flaked coconut | (for coating) |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar unlil fluffy; mix in pecans, vanilla and flour thoroughly.
Shape into balls; place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Roll in coconut to coat.
