|Brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|

Add onion, and saute until tender.
Stir in next 4 ingredients; cover and bring to a boil.
Add rice, and remove from heat.
Place rice mixture in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; cover and bake at 050Â° for 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in pecans and chopped parsley; garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
