Pecan Tea Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Pecans | 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Acesulfame k | 2 Packet (concentrated) | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Chill for half an hour.
Shape into small balls.
Place on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 12-13 minutes until light brown.
