 Pecans2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
 Margarine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Acesulfame k2 Packet (concentrated)
 Flour2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Water1 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.
Chill for half an hour.
Shape into small balls.
Place on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 12-13 minutes until light brown.
