Pecan Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese | ||
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion flakes | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave 30 to 45 seconds.
Add milk, green pepper, garlic salt, pepper, onion flakes and sour cream; mix well.
Microwave butter 15 seconds to melt; stir in pecans and salt.
Sprinkle buttered pecans over cheese mixture.
Serve with crackers.
