Pecan Dates Pie Recipe

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped or broken in fairly large pieces
1 heaping cup sugar
1 scant tablespoon flour
1 cup pitted dates, chopped fine
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 unbaked pastry shell
1 cup white corn sirup
Directions
Beat the eggs well, add sugar and flour, and blend.
Stir the melted butter with the sirup, nuts, and dates, and then add to sugar egg flour mixture, and blend well.
Pour into a deep pie pan lined with an unbaked pastry shell and bake about 40 or 45 minutes at 350°, or until browned.
