Pecan Fruit Filling Recipe
Ingredients

| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 1/2 cup finely cut-up candied cherries | ||
Directions
Blend egg yolks and sour cream; stir in sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cool.
