Pecan Crusted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each), flattened slightly | ||
| Canola oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place milk in a shallow bowl.
In another shallow bowl, combine flour, pecans, sesame seeds, paprika, pepper and salt.
Dip chicken in milk, then coat in flour mixture.
In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides.
Transfer to a greased 15-inch x10 inch x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degree for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
