Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp flour
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
10 inch Basic Pie Shell, unbaked
Directions
Cream butter and sugar replacement in large bowl until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Add flour and blend until smooth; fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for about 50 minutes or until center is set and top is golden.
