Ingredients

 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 c natural Cheddar cheese, grated
 1/2 c wholewheat germ
 1 /4 c soy grits, soaked in 1 /2 c stock for 15 minutes
 Sea salt3/4 Tablespoon
 Paprika1/2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, grated
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced
 Eggs2 , beaten

Directions

Combine all ingredients except wheat germ.
After well mixed, then stir in the wheat germ.
Turn into loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve with mushroom sauce made by sauteing 1/4 pound mushroom caps in 2 tablespoons corn germ oil and then adding 2 tablespoons wholewheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of nutmeg and a half cup each of milk and cream.
Cook until smooth and thick.
