Pecan Cheese Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 c natural Cheddar cheese, grated | ||
| 1/2 c wholewheat germ | ||
| 1 /4 c soy grits, soaked in 1 /2 c stock for 15 minutes | ||
| Sea salt | 3/4 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except wheat germ.
After well mixed, then stir in the wheat germ.
Turn into loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve with mushroom sauce made by sauteing 1/4 pound mushroom caps in 2 tablespoons corn germ oil and then adding 2 tablespoons wholewheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of nutmeg and a half cup each of milk and cream.
