Directions
Add a little salt, and bring to a boil, stirring.
Simmer, covered, until the whole thing turns to mush, about 1 hour (you may have to add a little water).
Be careful not to burn this.
Stir often.
When a nice mushy consistency has been reached, add a little butter, salt, and pepper, if needed
