Peas In Potato Nests Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas and celery
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 envelope (2 to a package) instant mashed potatoes
Directions
Cook peas and celery, following label directions; keep hot.
Mix soup and water in a medium-size saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, to boiling.
Add instant potatoes; whip with a fork or wooden spoon until smooth.
Spoon onto serving plates; hollow center of each mound with a spoon to make a nest; spoon peas into hollows.
