Peas In Onion Cases Recipe
Ingredients
8 medium onions
3 tblspns, butter
3 tblspns, flour
1/2-tspn. salt
2 cups cooked peas
1/2-cup milk
1 cup liquid from peas paprika
Directions
Cook onion until tender, drain and remove centres.
Chop centres.
Keep hot.
Make a white sauce with butter, flour and liquid.
Add salt Add peas and chopped onion and heat for 10 minutes.
Fill onion cases to overflowing.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
