Ingredients
2 Cans Peas
1 Cup Onion
3 Sticks Linguica
1 8 Oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seed
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Chop onion fine.
Chop linguica into thin rings.
Saute' onion and linguica together until onion is tender.
Add the peas, tomato sauce, cumin seed, pepper and salt.
Boil at low heat for 10 min.
