Peas With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 package small mushrooms, sliced | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 1 package frozen tiny peas, thawed | ||
| Thyme leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
In nonstick 10 inch skillet, melt margarine or butter over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, until mushrooms are golden and liquid evaporates, about 6 minutes.
Add peas and thyme and cook about 4 minutes or until hot.
