Peas With Greens Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 25 Gram | |
| Onion 1 small, finely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Greens 300 g, shredded | ||
| White wine a splash | ||
| Frozen peas | 200 Gram | |
| Light chicken stock 100 ml | ||
Directions
Heat the butter in a large, deep frying pan, then add the onion and garlic.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, but not coloured.
Add the greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the white wine.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Tip in the peas and pour in the chicken stock.
Season then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the greens are wilted and just tender.
