Peas With Green Onions & Mint Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pieces | ||
| Frozen peas package | 3 , thawed | |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves | ||
Directions
In 12 inch skillet, melt margarine or butter over medium heat.
Add green onions and cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Add peas, pepper, and salt and cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes longer or until hot.
Remove skillet from heat; stir in mint.
