Peas With Artichoke Hearts And Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 pound, sliced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Frozen artichoke hearts package | 1 , thawed | |
| Frozen green peas package | 1 , thawed | |
| Garlic salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| 1 envelope or teaspoon instant chicken broth | ||
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet; saute mushrooms 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms from skillet; reserve.
2. Add onion and artichoke hearts to same skillet. Saute over high heat, stirring constantly. Add peas, garlic salt, pepper, instant chicken broth, parsley flakes and water; simmer 4 minutes.
3. Return mushrooms to the skillet with the peas and artichoke hearts and heat through.
