Peas And Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 10 ounce package frozen peas
1/2 pound pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
Saute the garlic in the olive oil until barely browned.
Add the celery and the tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the frozen peas, and cook for 10 minutes more.
