Directions

1. Put the peas, onions, parsley, basil, butter, salt, cauliflower, and water in a saucepan. Cover with the lettuce leaves and a tight-fitting pan cover.
2. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the peas are tender, about 12 minutes.
