Peas and Celery Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 1/2 c. cooked or canned peas | ||
| 3 tablesp. butter or margarine | ||
| 3 tablesp. top milk or light cream | ||
| Speck pepper | ||
Directions
Combine celery, salt, and boiling water in a saucepan and cook, covered, until celery is tender—about 20 min.
Drain, then add peas and butter; heat thoroughly.
Add top milk and pepper just before removing from heat.
