Pears Helene Recipe

Ingredients
6 chilled canned pear halves
2 pint bricks vanilla or mint ice cream
Hot Fudge Sauce
Whipped cream or dessert topping
Directions
Drain pears well.
Cut each pint of ice cream into 3 even slices.
Place slices on freezer chilled dessert plates.
Top each ice cream slice with a pear half; serve with hot fudge sauce and top with whipped cream or dessert topping.
