Pears Helene Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 ripe pears
 
1/4 cup honey
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Carob Fudge Sauce
 
8 Sweet Crepes

Directions

Peel, core, and dice pears.
Place into a medium-size bowl, and mix with honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
Warm Carob Fudge Sauce in top of a double boiler set over simmering water.
Place crepes on individual dessert dishes.
Divide pear mixture among crepes, and fold crepes over.
