|Apricot preserves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried macaroon crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Heat preserves and put through sieve.
Add wine to sieved preserves and pour over pears.
